(Ag.), PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, is presently working as Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension) in the College of Cooperation, Banking and Management, Thrissur in Kerala Agricultural University. D. Jaganathan, M.Sc. (Ag.), Ph.D., is presently working in the Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development Studies in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
