Dr. K.V. Sivayya is Professor, Clarkson University, New York, USA. He started his career at Andhra University in 1958 and has distinction of having served in various capacities as Head of Department of Commerce; Chariman, Board of Studies; Principal, College of Arts, Commerce and Science till his retirement in 1986. He was the president of Indian Commerce Association in 1975. Has several text-books and research publications to his credit. Handled several research projects and has successfully guided several students for doctoral research. Dr. M. Gangadhara Rao, is Senior Professor, Dean and Director, School of Business, Andhra University. Has Ten Text-books and over fifty research papers to his credit. Successfully guided twenty doctoral theses; participated in National as well as International Conferences; acted as resource person for many Faculty Development Programme; former Managing Editor of Indian Journal of Commerce; and recipient of Best Teacher Award from Government of Andhra Pradesh. Visited USA in 1983 to attend International Conference on Industrial Relations. Completed a number of projects for government organizations. Has done considerable post-doctoral research in the aera of Human Resource Management, Financial Management and Entrepreneurship. Dr. V. Balamohandas, is Senior Professor Former Head of the Department of Commerce and Chairman, PG Board of Studies in Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra Uniersity. Has published two-books and over hundred research papers in reputed National and International Journals. Acted as resource person for many Faculty Development Programmes organized in different parts of the country and successfully guided twn doctoral theses. Associated with several professional bodies and visited GDR in 1978 under cultural exchange programme of UGC; organized and attended several seminars, conferences and workshops in India. Has done considerable post-doctoral research in the areas of small Industry & Industrial Economics.
