Author Biography
I.J. Nagrath, now Adjunct Professor and Formerly Deputy Director, BITS, Pilani. He had his B.E. degree (with Honours) from Birla College of Engineering, Pilani, Rajasthan in 1951 and M.S. from Wisconsin University (USA) in 1956. He has long teaching and research experience and also published many papers in national and international journals. He has co-authored several well accepted books including Introduction to Systems by New Age International Publishers. At present, he continues to be active in studies and writing work. M. Gopal is presently a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, IIT, Delhi. His teaching and research stints span over three decades at IIT, Delhi; IIT, Bombay; BITS, Pilani and REC, Jaipur. He is the author/co-author of six books on Control Engineering, a video course on Control Engineering and a large number of research publications. His current research interests are in the areas of Robust Control, Neural and Fuzzy Technologies, Process Control and Robotics. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
