Author Biography
Roger Fulton has over 25 years of practical supervisory and leadership experience in both public and private sector organizations. He has studied the attributes of successful supervisors, managers, and leaders as an avocation, as well as for his own success. In addition to his first book, Common Sense Supervision, Mr. Fulton has published dozens of magazine and journal articles on the subject of management and supervision. Currently, he resides in Hayes, Virginia where he is the President of Knight Management Corporation, a management training and consulting firm he founded in 1986.
