Answering practical problems is the most problematic area. Most of the candidates fail not because of lack of knowledge on the subject but because of lack of proper presentation of the answer. Please note that a mere correct answer will fetch you not more than 1 or 2 marks. It's the law on the subject and your ability to collate the law with respect to the various issues raised in the given problem which will get you good marks. Thus, while you offer the answer to a given problem, divide your answer into three parts; viz. (i) Law on the subject. (ii) Relating the facts of the problem or issues raised therein with the law on the subject. (iii) Conclusion
