About Author: S.N. Chand, a research scholar in the field of Economics, has obtained his Master’s degree from Delhi University and his Law degree from the Meerut University in 1996. He also holds Post- Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the same university in 1998. Thereafter, he completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Application and Chartered Accountancy Professional Course [C.A (I)] in 2000. Earlier, he was on the faculties of S.R.M. Institute of Management & Technology, Modinagar.He is a prolific author and has to his credit over one dozen books and more than fifty research papers and articles focussed on Management, Law and Economics. He has authored several standard textbooks. He has been a consultant to several public and private organisations. Currently, he is engaged in full time teaching assignment.
