Norman favours the need of international regulatory structure to monitor the Nanotech developments and feels that technology should be there to help the poorest of the poor.Jun Shan was born in Tokyo in 1959, but shifted to USA for higher studies. Later he took US citizenship and became Don Norman's Junior in the Nano-project he is currently leading. Shan, and AFM specialist is a naturalist by interest and wished Nanotech be used for preserving Nature and its beautiful resources.
