P K Chaurasya, a well-known scholar of mathematics, obtained his masters and doctorate degrees in the subject in 1970 and 1978 respectively. Having over fifteen years of professional standing, he has taught mathematics to graduate and postgraduate students. He also conducted several short-term courses on the subject. As a teacher, his first love is teaching, for which he has received a number of awards. Dr. Chaurasya has participated in large number of seminars, conferences and workshops from time to time in different parts of the world. He has published learned articles in many journals and authored a number outstanding books on various topics on mathematics. Dr. Akhilesh Pawar, a renowned scholar of mathematics, holds his M.Sc and Ph.D in the subject. He has a very brilliant academic career and won merit scholarships while he was studying in college. He has been in academics, research and training, for the last fifteen years. Dr. Pawar is associated with many professional organisations and has attended many seminars and workshops on management. He writes regularly in national and international journals of repute. Currently he is retired from the services and spending much of his time for writing and tutoring.
