The present encyclopaedia, with its various books on the subject providing a panoramic view of it, intends to inform the readers of the various facets which combine to make public administration what it is. The main emphasis in the encyclopaedia's design is to delineate the various avenues wherein public administration if used, its theory and its practice. He is often called upon as a political analyst by radio, television, print and internet media. Dr Anoop Sharma, has served as master of public administration degree programme director at three universities. He is specialised in government budgeting and loval government management. He has published three books and numerous journal articles. He has also worked in many culture as a trainer and consultant spcialising in goal-setting, strategic planning, performance budgeting, improved programme management, and leadership training. In recent years, he has focused on teaching, developing wen courses, and creating new courses on non-profit resource development and non-profit financial management.
