He conducts Training Programs on Press Tools for Pune Division Productivity Council. Also, he has twelve years experience in manufacture, industrial engineering, besides teaching and training. The author has worked in reputed organizations and institutes such as Crompton Greaves Ltd, Bharat Forge Ltd, Fr. Agnel Technical College and he had the honour of being the first principal of ITI, Goa. He has authored books on related subjects such as Jigs and Fixtures, and Cutting Tools. He has also published short stories, travelogues and articles in journals and magazines such as Indian Express, Carvan, Alive, Woman's Era, Readers's Digest, etc.
