Author Biography
Inna Semetsky is a research academic in the Faculty of Education and Arts, at the University of Newcastle, Australia. She holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Education from Columbia University, New York, and her principal research interest is in edusemiotics.She is the author of Re-symbolization of the Self: Human Development and Tarot Hermeneutic (2011) and Deleuze, Education and Becoming (2006); and the editor of Semiotics Education Experience (2010) and Nomadic Education: Variations on a theme by Deleuze and Guattari (2008).In 2000, she received the Kevelson Memorial Award from the Semiotic Societyof America.
