Coe Professorship in Nephrolithiasis Research in Mineral Metabolism and is Chief in the Section of Nephrology in the Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System; and Professor of Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Charles and Jane Pak Center for Mineral Metabolism and Clinical Research, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Mark A. Perazella, MD, FACP, is Associate Professor of Medicine, Director of the Renal Fellowship Program, and Director of Acute Dialysis Services in the Section of Nephrology, Department of Medicine, Yale University School of Medicine.
