    Bill Dudney has been building software for 13 years, objects for 10, and Java for 6. He is currently a senior software engineer at Object Sys-tems Group where he has been building software for FannieMae using Struts, Ant, Cactus, and WebLogic 5.1 through 7.0. Prior to assignment Bill built other J2EE applications on Struts and Jrun. Jonathan Lehr is an independent consultant in the Washington, DC area with over 20 years of experience in object-oriented programming. For the past two years, he's focused on producing Struts-based user interfaces for enterprise B2B Web applications. Bill Willis is the Director of Engineering Technology for ObjectVenture--a company that is pioneering a new breed of intelligent development tools that promote automated design and object reuse. He has over 10 years of experience in the software industry and specializes in pattern technology and practical software reuse.
