Author Biography
Preetam Khandelwal is currently Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. She has immense experience in designing and conducting management development programs for senior- and middle-level executives and officers of the government and leading public and private sector organizations in India. She is the recipient of the 'Best Woman Trainer Award' by The Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi. She has several publications in reputed academic journals as well as chapters in books. Her interests are in the area of intuition in decision making, creativity and entrepreneurship, and gender issues in management. She was a visiting faculty at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok in 2003. She is the recipient of the Goldman Sachs full scholarship to Participate in the Entrepreneurship Education Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning (EECPCL) at Harvard Business School, Boston.
