Over the past 3 years he has worked with the SQL Server Product group on SQL Server Scalability, and then on the SQL Server Best Practices Team before moving onto the SQL Playback team. Steve isnow part of the Windows Reliability team, where he writes and tunes SQL queries, builds SSIS packages, designs SSRS reports, and analyzes User Mode Crash and Hang dumps.
