About Author : Professor R.K. Mishra is currently Professor and Dean, Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. He is a graduate of International Management Programme, SDA Boccani, Milan, Italy . He was awarded visiting fellowships by the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, and the British Council. He has research stints at London Business School and Maison Des Sciences De L'Hommes, Paris.Dr. B. Navin is currently Knowledge Manager (Public Finance and Policy), Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad.
