Author Biography
Tom Siciliano is the Senior Director of Careers at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois (Tom’s home church). Tom also serves as CEO of Integrity Recruiting Team, a premier Executive Search and Sales Consulting company headquartered in Chicago. Tom is also a principal in the Cimmarron Group, which pioneers leadership training and development for major organizations. He regularly speaks to companies, teaching them how to find employees, and leads employee seminars on how to find their career mission and their ideal job. Jeff Caliguire is currently the president of Unlocking People, a coaching and consulting firm in the Chicago area, where he leads retreats that equip people to reach their potential in life and work. Prior to this, Jeff served as founding and Senior Pastor of Beacon Community Church in the Boston area, director of Boston Sports Fellowship and founder of the Boston Vision Group.
