Author Biography
Dr S S Hiremath is currently serving as Dean and Director, Professor and Head of the Department of Preventive and Community Dentistry, Government Dental College, Bangalore. He graduated in 1973 and obtained his postgraduate degree in 1979 in Community Dentistry from the same Institute. He has a rich experience of more than 30 years of teaching Community Dentistry to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is also Dean of faculty, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. He has presented scientific papers in several national and International conferences and has delivered guest Orations in many workshops in related areas. He has been conferred with FICD (USA). He is also serving as Hon. Secretary, Indian Association of Public Health Dentistry and is the Convenor of the Bangalore Chapter of the same association. Table OfContents Part 1: Public Health 1.
