The book is a comprehensive commentary on the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir. It traces the historical and legal aspects relating to the accession of Jammu and Kashmir with Indian Union and covers the constitutional aspects of the special status granted to the State within the ambit of the Constitution of India.
