Description
There is a plethora of books on Mathematics available in the market for students appearing in the entrance examination for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering in various IITs across the country. Therefore, the publication of yet another volume on the subject requires some explanation. There are two main reasons for it. Firstly, most of the books do not cover the text and the basic theories of the topics concerned adequately, and the explanation of the related results, which can help in understanding the basic approach to tackle the problems, is not up to the required level.
