"The Performance Coach" is atwo-and-a-half day workshop for managers and facilitators. The 12 sessions cover all of the core areas of performance coaching. The manual includes detailed guidelines for the facilitators, an action learning support group handbook and guidelines for prepaing a portfolio. Participants who attend the workshops, take part in six hours of action support groups and complete their portfolios, may submit the results to Sheffield Hallam University. A manager whose work is successfully accredited will receive a postgraduate certificate in performance coaching.
