Victor Mauer is Deputy Director and Head of Research of the Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich, and Lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at ETH Zurich. His recent publications include European-American Relations and the Middle East: From Suez to Iraq, (co-edited with Daniel MxF6;ckli), and Power and Security in the Information Age, (co-edited with Myriam Dunn Cavelty).
