  • Author Biography

    Giselle Weybrecht is an environmental consultant and a writer. She has been working on several consulting projects including Harvard/European Foundation for Entrepreneurial Research on social entrepreneurship, and Roland Berger Consultants on mainstreaming environmental issues into their best of European Business Awards. After being accepted to do a mid career Environmental Leadership Programme at BerkeleyUniversity in 2003, she decided to pursue an MBA at London Business School in the UK in order to better understand the role that the business sector has and can play in sustainable development which she completed in 2007. She is working with London Business School on curriculum reform and mainstreaming sustainable development into the school. She is also completing an introductory book on sustainable development to be published as a joint publication with UNESCO and Earthscan (negotiations in process) which will be an official publication of the UN Decade for Education for Sustainable Development 2005-2015.
