About Author : Dr. Meera Bai M started her career as Lecture r in the year 1988 at Chhatrapathi Shahu Central Institute for Business Education and Research, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Then she joined as Lecturer at the Bharathi Dasan Government College for Women Pondicherry in the year 1991. Later in the same year she was posted as Lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics at the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi. In 1993 she was promoted to the post of Senior Lecture and was made Reader in 1998 at the same University, where she has been working now.
