VARGAS is associate professor and director of the Clinical Child Psychology Internship Program, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Department of Psychiatry, University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.Vargas and Koss-Chioino are coeditors of Working with Culture (Jossey-Bass Publishers, 1992).
