She has taught and developed courses for Thames Valley University and Nottingham Trent University? UK. She has completed research/ projects sponsored by UNESCO? IDRC? Canada; UNICEF? Govt. of India and corporate organisations. She has completed a project on Executive Burnout supported by WHO and Ministry of Health? Govt. of India and another one on Emotional Intelligence supported by McClelland Center for Research and Innovation, USA.
