Bhagat began his career working for the Indian Railways as a mechanical engineer. He later served as a probationary officer in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS); a stint that earned him the Finance Minister’s Gold Medal. He has authored many books, thanks to his experience in the field. Some of his other books are, CSAT: Civil Service Aptitude Test (Paper II), and CSAT: General Studies 2012 (Paper 2).
