About Madhukar Bhagat Madhukar Bhagat is a mechanical engineer by profession. He works for the Income Tax Department as an additional director. His books include Civil Seva Interview: Safalta Ke Sutra (Hindi) and Civil Services Interview (How To Excel). He was initially employed as an engineer with the Indian Railways. Later on, he joined the Indian Revenue Service, and went on to win the Finance Minister’s Gold medal after he was named the best probationary officer of his batch.
