Section A in this book narrates some of the major perspective issues of 'E'-Banking and Section B deals with 'E'-Commerce. It is hoped that this book will prove useful to the banking professionals, corporate bodies, academicians, researchers and student communities. About The Author Dr. N . Subramani born in 1955 in Erode district, Tamilnadu. He got his M.Com. and M.Phil. Degrees from University of Madras. He obtained his Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University. Currently he is working as Reader & Head, P.G. Department of Bank Management, Urumu Dhanalakshmi College, Trichy-19. He has produced more than 100 M.Phil. scholars and 8 Ph.Ds. Dr. M. Murugesan (1959) born in Thanjavur District. He got M.Phil Degree from Annamalai Univerity and Ph.D. degree from Bharathidasan University. He has been successfully guided 50 M.Phil. scholars and now guiding 6 Ph.Ds. He is the life member of Indian Commerce Association. Now he is working as Reader and Head, Department of Commerce (Eve.), Urumu Dhanalakshmi, Trichy-19. D.Anbalagan M.A., M.Phil., B.Ed., D.C.S. working as a Lecturer in H.H. Ralaha's College, Pudukottai. He got his M.A., M.Phil. degrees from the Bharathidasan University. He has presented 4 papers in national level seminars. V.Ganesan M.A., M..Phil., SLET born in a frrming community in Pudukottai District. He presented 5 papers in National Level Seminars. He is the life member of I.E.A.
