Author Biography
Dr. Mathew J. Manimala is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Jamuna Raghavan Chair Professor of Entrepreneurship at the IIM, Bangalore. He was also the Chairperson NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at IIM Bangalore. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Faculty and Chairman Human Resource Area at the ASCI, Hyderabad. He obtained an MBAdegree from the Univ. of Cochin, an MBSc degree from the Univ. of Manchester and a doctoral degree from IIM Ahmedabad. Table of Contents Chapter 1.
