Author Biography
s John Adair served in the Arab Legion as adjutant of a Bedouin regiment. After Cambridge he became Senior Lecturer in Military Histor and Adviser in Leadership Training at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. In the early 70s he was Visting Fellow, Oxford Centre for Management Studies, and in 1979 became Professor in Leadership Studies at the University of Surrey. He is currently Visiting Professor in Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter.
