  • Author Biography

    Prof. K. Barman in teaching on several MBA programmes internationally and delivered lectures in management development seminars in a wide range of topics. He has obtained a BA Economics (Honours), MBA and Ph.D. degree in Management. He has supervised ten doctoral students to graduation and has publications with a wide range of co-authors. He has been consulting regularly to a large range of organisations for the last fifteen years in decesion support systems, auditing, leadership, and change management. His scholarly interests embrace accountability, organisation theory, leadership, managing change and the new economy.
