Barry P. Keating Ph.D., University of Notre Dame., Dr. Barry Keating is a Professor of Economics at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Heritage Foundation Fellow, a Heartland Institute Research Fellow and serves on the Board of Advisors of the Indiana Policy Review Group and WNIT (Michiana Public Broadcasting). J. Holton Wilson DBA, Kent State University., J. Holton Wilson is a Professor of Economics and Marketing at Central Michigan University.
