(Foundry Engg.) from I.I.Sc., Bangalore, in 1962. He worked in foundry industry from 1962 to 1981 in reputed public sector (Foundry Forge, H.E.C.) and private sector (STEELCAST Bhavnagar, R.G. Foundry Forge) starting as Methods Engineer and rising to the level of Top Manager.?? He changed over to academics from 1982 and obtained Ph.D. in the field of computer applications in methoding of steel castings (1984-88). Presently he is working as professor in M.J.C.E.T., Osmania University. He teaches Metal Casting and CAD/CAM to B.E., M.Tech (JNTU) and Operations Management to M.B.A. classes.
