Author Biography
S L Kakani, Ph. D., is presently Director, Mewar Girls Institute of Management & Technology, Chittorgarh (Raj.). Dr. Kakani has a distinguished career spanning four decades of teaching, research, and administration. He has authored a large number of research papers in the field of superconductivity, condensed matter and material science published in international journals of repute. He is the author and co-author of several standard books. His two research monographs on superconductivity have been published from Nova Science, New York, USA. Dr. Kakani has also supervised Ph. D. theses in the field of superconductivity. He is also the visiting professor at several prestigious institutions. He has also served as the chairman of the Board of Studies and the Research Board of MDS University, Ajmer. He has received several awards and honours for his academic contributions and achievements. Shubhra Kakani, received her M.Sc. in Physics with first division form M.D.S. University, Ajmer. She has co-authored four books-Advanced Problems in Quantum Mechanics, Superconductivity Revisited, Engineering Physics and Biophysics. Presently, she is working on ?Itinerant Ferromagnetic Superconductors? at the Physics Department, the College of Science, Sukhadia University, Udaipur.
