About The Author Stephen Lambert, chief executive of Studio Lambert, is one of Britain's best known creative television executives, responsible for creating award-winning documentary formats such as Faking It, Secret Millionaire, Wife Swap, and Undercover Boss, which he is producing for Channel 4 in the UK and for CBS in the United States. Prior to setting up Studio Lambert in 2008, Lambert was the chief creative officer of the RDF Media Group. For nine years he spearheaded its editorial development as it grew rapidly in both Britain and America. RDF received the industry's trade magazine Broadcast 2018Best Production Company of the Year Award' for 2002, 2004 & 2006; the only company to win this award three times. Lambert began his career at the BBC in 1983 where he worked for fifteen years in its Documentary Department. He produced and directed more than a dozen films for the award-winning series 40 Minutes and Inside Story. He lives in London with his wife, Jenni Russell, a columnist for the Guardian and Sunday Times and their two children. Eli Holzman founded the U.S. arm of British production company, Studio Lambert, where he launched and executive produced Undercover Boss. He began his career at Miramax Films in New York. He moved to Los Angeles in 1998 to found Miramax Television where he shepherded a number of scripted and non-scripted series, movies and mini-series and helped create Project Greenlight and the hit Bravo series Project Runway. For 20th Century Fox-based Katalyst Films, he developed and launched the CW series Beauty & the Geek. As an independent producer, his series creations include Bravo's Work Of Art.
