Business Risk Management is an essential part of good management practice and is featuring increasingly prominently on the agendas of senior managers and the education funding bodies. Whilst Risk Management applies to all areas of institutional activity its relevance is particularly clear in relation to projects, particularly projects with an IT or systems component. It is probably fair to say that business risk management is the single most important component of project management. “Business Risk Management is a systematic process of identifying, making analysis and responding to risk involved in the project in order to take appropriate & better decisions”.

Dr. Ashutosh Kumar is currently working as Asst. Prof. & Program Director-Marketing at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi. He has completed master in Business Administration from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur in 2000 and obtained Ph.D in Business Administration from the same University in the year 2005. He is a member of All India Management Association (AIMA) in recognition of his contribution and commitment in addition to life member of All India Commerce Association (ICA). He has vast teaching & research experience of 11 years while working with various leading Management Institutions at different positions during the last 11 years. He has written more than dozens of research papers published in various National and International Journals and attended various Conferences & seminars and presented his papers. He has conducted MDP on “Self Development” for ONGC middle level managers, Ahmedabad and National Conference on Marketing at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi. Recently he has written a book on “Salesmanship”.
