Author Biography
Devesh Kishore is presently Dean, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Institute of Management Studies, Noida, involved in developing teaching and research programmes at graduate and postgraduate levels. Devesh Kishore was Director and Professor in the Communication Division, Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi Before joining IGNOU in 1992, he was Professor and Head, Educational Technology at the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, from 1972 to 1977. He was awarded UNDP Fellowship for specialized training in Human Resource Development, Communication and Education Technology in 1987-88 at the University of Syracuse, New York; University of Arizona, Tuscon; Cornell University, Ithaca; Ohico State University, Columbus and University of California. Ganga Sagar obtained his Master of Artzs and Bachelor of Law from Bihar University. He obtained his Post-Graduate in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi. He worked as Public Relations Executive at various levels including as Chief (Corporate Communication) in Hindustan fertilizer Corporation Ltd.
