Author Biography
Dr. M e Ensminger is President of Agriservices foundation, a nonprofit foundation serving world agriculture. Also, he is adjunct professor, california state university-fresno; Adjnct professor, the university of Arizona-Tucson; distinguished professor, University of wisconsin-River falls; Callaborator, U.S. Department of Agriculture; and Honoarary Professor, Huazhong Agriculture college-wuhan, People's Republic of china. Dr. Ensinger (1) grew up on a missouri farm; (2) completed B.S. and M.S. derees at the University of Missouri, University of minnesota, and washignton state university; and (4) served as consultant, general electric company, nucleonics department (Atomic energy commission). Dr. Ensminger's honors and awards are: Distinguished teacher award, American Society of Animal Science; washington state university named and dedicated the ensminger beef cattle Research Center, in recognition of his contribution University; and an oil portrait of him was placed in the 300-year-old gallery of the famed saddle and Sirlion Club, which is recognized as the highest honor that can be bestowed on anyone in the livestock industry.
