Upendra Kaushik, presently Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidyashram, Jaipur, is a recipient of the 'National Award to Teachers-2001' instituted by the Government of India, 'State Teachers Award-2002' by the Government of the National Capital Region, Delhi, 'Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Memorial Award-2002', 'Jewel of India Award-2003', 'Peace Award-2003', 'Shakuntalam National Award-2003 'Spardha Ratna Award-2003' and 'Spardhashree Award-1996'. He is a member of the Committee of Courses in the CBSE, NIOS and NCERT, resource person for STC, SISI, HARDICON, NIESBUD, KVS, New Delhi. He has teaching experience of more than 25 years. Smita Bhatnagar, B.Ed., Gold Medalist in M.Com from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. She is Head, Department of Business Studies in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidyashram, Jaipur. She has attended a number of workshops seminars and conferences organized by CBSE, NCERT and other organizations.
