He received a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the Pennsylvania State University. Amita Mital Associate Professor at the IIM, Lucknow. After completing her Masters in Business Administration, she worked in industry in various capacities for 18 years before moving to the academia. She earned her fellowship in management from the IIM, Lucknow and, subsequently started her academic career at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Her current research and teaching interest areas include Strategic Management, Management of Change and Transformation, Strategic Alliances and Strategic Service Management. Richard Robinson The Moore Fellow in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He also serves as Director of the Faber Entrepreneurship Center at USC and Assistant Director of the Center for Manufacturing and Technology in USC?s College of Engineering and Information Technology. Dr. Robinson received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Tech in Industrial Management.
