Author Biography
SHEL HOLTZ is principal of Holtz Communication + Technology, a consultancy that helps organizations integrate the Internet into their strategic communication efforts. His clients have included Sears, IBM Global Services, Bank of America, Alcan, Allstate Insurance Company, John Deere, The World Bank, and AT&T. He is a five-time winner of the International Association of Business Communicators’ Gold Quill award and was named IABC/Los Angeles’s Communicator of the Year in 1988. In addition to his consulting and development work, he is a regular speaker on topics surrounding the application of online technology to strategic organizational communication. He is the author of Public Relations on the Net.
