Dr. Uma Sekran has worked as a professor at the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (SIUC). She completed her PhD from UCLA, and holds an MBA degree too. Uma has also headed the Department of Management at SIUC. She is known for authoring and co-authoring several books in the field of management. Some of her popular books are, Organizational Behavior: Text and Cases, Applied Business Research: Qualitative and Quantitative Methods, and Leadership: Beyond Establishment Views. Dr. J.R.G (Roger) Bougie works as a lecturer at Tilburg University. His works are mainly in the fields of Economics and Business Administration, and Consumer Behaviour and Marketing. He has authored a book along with several journal articles.
